It was more than just a "service" of the office computer. More of a replacement of the system and one of the tech guys was working on it by remote overnight on the fateful evening when the thread up and disappeared. It's only a working theory of mine that this is what happened but no one knows for sure. In the meantime, please lay off Nasher. If the old thread is capable of being restored, he's the one who can do it.
