Farewell Clayton Oliver
A salary dump is getting rid of a player and his salary for a [censored] pick We’re getting rid of a player for a [censored] pick and paying him 700k as well
-
Bailey Humphrey
All that was was confirmation that he would like to come but there’s zero chance Humphrey isn’t happening GC are resolute. Melbourne have accepted it. Would be awfully embarrassing now for them

Farewell Clayton Oliver
We’re the softest team in the league and Lamb is clearly seen as a mug by other teams so we’ll take this deal But no way we should. I would’ve happily let him go and and try find his feet but both he and the giants have taken the [censored] and we’d have our pants pulled down allowing this to happen whilE he slags us off and they give us ultimatums Find a [censored] backbone for once

Welcome to Demonland: Changkuoth Jiath
We have learnt nothing from Sharp Schache Billings Hunter McAdam Dunstan etc Stop picking up everyone’s else’s VFL rubbish. There is a reason they don’t play them

Bailey Humphrey
I've probably said this 8 times before but if you’re going to let Trac leave, you need to get something back that steers you to the next premiership if GC want a premiership they’ll give Humphrey for Petracca If they don’t want to do that then welcome Trac back. Play hardball - we finally have a chance to be the aggressor and not give in to players wanting to break contracts, Don’t be pushovers now
-
Bailey Humphrey
He let ANB leave for the same pick he believed Shane McAdam was worth

Farewell Judd McVee
Not to mention how badly we wanted Bailey Humphrey and couldn’t do a deal with essendon

Farewell Clayton Oliver
Sick of this guy. We tried a lot to make a work. We’ve entertained a trade that works for him to find a home to play inside mid rather than rot at us send him to GWS I’d rather he go rot in western Sydney with the NRL culture for nothing than let him go to Collingwood for nothing
-
Farewell Clayton Oliver
Send him to Western Sydney
-
Farewell Judd McVee
We’re a weak pushover club Not demanding 11 or 19 and then accepting 23 when we could’ve sent him to WCE sums up where we’re at Literally 4 picks earlier could’ve been ours

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Petracca absolutely embarrassed himself last year using the media to leak he has no choice but to leave last year when trying to get a move was made very clear to him by his management that he’ll have to force a deal because Melbourne won’t agree to one and he acted like a prat it’s clear now that he’s doing it again to create a Merrett situation where he has to taint us to make his position untenable because the 2 clubs he’s chosen to nominate don’t have much to satisfy us in a trade

Again, who cares where he goes. The only reason to lose a guy I like him is to reset in order to do that we need to get something worthwhile. If the club lets him go for a poor deal to get his wishes , then he’s taking us for a ride I agree we should be looking at guys like Flanders or Soligo. Adelaide shouldn’t let a Soligo go but we know how desperate they are which could work in our favour. Looking at it now, in the last few seasons, we had a serious opportunity to reset and trade him, Oliver and Petty to get ourselves some currency in very good drafts. (Caddy, Curtin were both available in those drafts) Instead, we went all in on Goodwin who now admits, he was unable to motivate us. I’m sure he regrets it as well, because he was judged on winning rather than on a rebuild What a missed opportunity. There is seriously no upside to our off-season this year and I don’t see how it gets any better.

Don’t really care where Trac wants to go, he can go wherever he likes I just hope we take the view that he can go to a club that offers us a deal worth losing him and don’t let him go for cheap to fulfill his wishes Time We stopped getting walked all over

Farewell Judd McVee
This is why it’s all BS It’s all about jumping off a sinking ship, joining a football team that will play finals and contest If WA was his concern he wouldn’t nominate a club. Simple
-
Farewell Judd McVee
If we’re a serious football club, then we’ll tell him “ if this is about going home, then you will go to the club that gives us the better pick”
-
Farewell Judd McVee
If anyone deserves our boos next year ignoring the fact he twice committed to us this year and then seeks a trade gave him his shot after the WA clubs ignored him Good riddance yuck

Farewell Judd McVee
Wasn't the first time this year we approached Bevo and thought we'd try again. I see Morris is just reporting the club May is out. Another tick to my flimsy source
-
Farewell Judd McVee
You can insult me all you like thinking it’s from the media, but no, it’s straight from the club Same way I knew we were in for Derksen long before the media did Same way I know McVee is [censored] off about his midfield time Same way I know Rivers will also go home if he doesn’t get some in real time You’re not the only one with contacts
-
Farewell Judd McVee
LOL of course he did. He may not have handed in a shiny slip saying trade me or else ala Petracca but he certainly had the conversation Issue is so did ANB Trac and Oliver and club was in no position to let him go Club said wait a year and he agreed and club did well to turn it around

Welcome to Demonland: Steven King
Feel bad for Kelly, he was a close second. He had told his sister he really felt he nailed it but King was always the problem with more experience.
