Windscreens O'Brien went close to joining the KK Club, he used to kill us when he was at the Hawks. I haven't followed what he's done the last few years but based on his marking ability alone earlier in his career he's worth a look for a 1-year deal if the body is sound.

Many winnable games this week for the Deathride. GWS over Freo is the big one, but also Tigers over Saints and GCS over Carlton.

As an extension of the deathride I now find myself cheering for not only Freo's opponent but also all of the teams below Freo on the ladder who have a chance to overtake them. C'mon the Giants and Blues today.

Weid was poor at many of the boundary throw-ins, he refused to play them in front and was often nowhere near the drop of the ball. Especially on the southern side where the throws were regularly falling short. Hopefully they work on that with him this week.

To me he's absolutely worth the punt. Put a proper AFL pre-season and full-time training regime into him and I can't see how he couldn't become a handy or better 3rd tall forward.
