The kicking is a worry from Bo Allen. to be fair not one of the top prospects has elite kicking from what I’ve seen. Some can kick it well like smiley and Langford but they still regularly miss targets . (Expect Lindsay ) Someone explain why we would pass on Draper , he reminds of Warner explosive great evasion and a real competitor .

I have a feeling this year will be the one cal has a few miss placed. tough year to call, but I doubt we’d reach for Tauru at 5 .

Why would the crows need to do that? Jagga smith would probably be available at pick 4 anyway wouldn’t he?

He looks unreal with ball in hand . So natural and that kick is elite. the issue is contest and defensive ability and effort from some of the matches I’ve seen. was he carrying an injury ? Is his fitness lacking therefore when he gets to contests he has no energy ?

A lot of Jeffos goals were free or uncontested 😬 I have to say it , He also looks a little timid . Bit of Jwatts . as for Armstrong , JT won’t pick him .

I recon well end up with pick 2 pick 5 and future 3rd for Pick 2 if north really want Tauru . and hopefully split 9 get Hynes and Allen !

Is taj hotton a possibility with this pick? what are peoples thoughts on him. have herd he dominated some games before injury , 4 goals 30+ possessions. could he be a wizard Watson type player with instant impact after regaining fitness ?

Bo Allen looks like a weapon . very fast, huge leap , tough and big left boot. Every kid will be judged individually , I’d trust JT if he wanted to draft a west Australian

soemthing came out a few weeks ago about him saying in an interview that he would prefer not to bed drafted to Adelaide after the way they treated Rachelle . Can’t confirm if that was legit or if the crows would even care .

I just think they see him as long term project player, I can see him sitting on our list for a while and playing a small amount of games over the next two years . I’m okay with that too. fwiw Jed Busslinger is on a similar path at the dogs

He’s 18, have a look at rozzee and Neale and Cripps even at that age . They have a lot of development ahead and that’s what makes a good recruiter , not judging them of now but what they will become ! I have a feeling most will be looking for a player with the weapons like Langford and lalor but Jagga could easily be beat of this crop eg a lachy neale type

Armstrong looks like he can crash packs , all I ever saw of Jefferson was marks on the lead or out in space uncontested . I feel the game where he kicks 7 for vic metro he actually kicked most of his goals from ducking out the back or from free kicks. A couple good leads but nothing to say he would be a good afl player. this was his breakout game that out him into first round contention.

I also find it wild they compared lalor to Bailey fritch 😂

Lol genuinely never noticed Jefferson nail multiple tackles . How many games did he play with less than 8 touches He won’t play more than 10 games next year in my opinion .

How damaging can Jagga be ? He seems to look very good in tight , great footwork , footy smarts , strong through the hips considering his size . What’s his kicking like ?

smilie has a good kick but can just jam it on the boot and cough it up when under pressure . very agile and has a frame that will grow to become beast like in years to come . can’t wait to see who we end up with.

Is sharp quick? Or just big tank? I know he has the record for the 2km but not sure what that says about explosive and short distance sprinting ahha
