  1. So heā€™s contracted to 2029 but likely till 2031 with triggers, and now they want to add another two years on top of that??? His manager has obviously done well conning Freo but if anyone saw that comment section of the Facebook post youā€™d know there was a real story here and a real pull to get out of WA.
  2. Tbf if weā€™re going by her social media activity she also has explicitly denied that they have any interest in moving. still a long time till October. Shouldnā€™t rule out anything
  3. Goooooonnnneee
  4. Thatā€™s graphic had every one fooled. He actually said ā€œI am not leaving next year.ā€ And he was right. He didnā€™t leave the next year.
  5. When they cave to his demands and run out of cap space for Kozzy >>>>>>>>>>>>
  6. Luke recently switched management to Corporate Sports Australia. And if you want to believe the freo supportes on bigfooty then they're the reason so many players have left the club in recent times lol. Apparently almost all of the players that left them over the last few years have been managed by CSA. They know how to get their clients the $$$.
  7. lol now apparently heā€™s interested in extending his contract with Fremantle?? looks like theyā€™re getting the story all cleaned up on their end before he fronts the media today https://www.afl.com.au/news/1281928/fremantle-ruck-luke-jackson-open-to-extending-his-contract-with-dockers-amid-lure-of-victorian-rivals
  8. Yet theyā€™ve somehow managed to Lock in all the good vic blokes for long term deals. Josh Treacy wouldā€™ve been nice to have
  9. I don't think there's any coming back from this now that they've all gone public with it. If Fremantle had convinced him to stay before they definitely won't have now. How ironic would it be if it was that fans post that made Jackson make up his mind. WIthout it I don't think any of his family would've commented publiicly.
  10. Kelsey has also like the quote from Simon Garlick saying that Luke will be a fremantle player for a long time and they don't see any circumstance where that will be a concern. The way that Luke's family are airing their private [censored] so publicly kinda says all you need to know about them to be honest.
  11. Mind you after further digging there is a comment from Kelsey saying "This is ridiculous. We love Perth. We love the club. There isn't a decision to be made. I'm just not going to cop this when someone is speaking out of line."
  12. Yeah looks like he's had a complete falling out with his family. Interesting. I believe he bought the house that they're currently living in too. Also apparently with a lot of his friends. Definitely legit reasons to want to get out of WA.
  13. Anyway have a read through the comments here. Luke backing her up, her confirming the rumours. It is on. https://www.instagram.com/p/DGxrCVMzykI/
  14. To be honest I don't blame them considering the age gap. Hope they keep it up long enough to get him back.
  15. Wasnā€™t Acres essentially forced out of Saints in the first place for Hill? And then essentially forced out of Freo. They were offering him like 180k guaranteed or something crazy low like that. Brad Hill went west and was back in Melbourne in a couple years though. Hogan and Lobb both ended up back east too.
  16. The full quote. The cynic in me sees this as a cash grab tbh. Has probably seen the offers for TDK and suddenly his 800k a year looks less and less appealing. ā€œLuke Jackson has told teammates at Melbourne he might be keen to get back there, but he's also told Freo that he isn't looking to leave. He's contracted until 2029 and I'd say that any move is unlikely"
  17. Yeah I listened to the full thing and got a lot less excited.
  18. Made the AA squad in his first season at freo. Down form last year after starting really well but apparently spent a lot of time unsettled with whatever was going on + illness. Looks really good this pre season. i think heā€™s worth more to us than kozzy tbh
  19. Just listen to the interview Freo's CEO gave yesterday and you can see that there's clearly truth to rumours that he has some pull back to Victoria that is definitely beyond his girlfriend's connections. There's clearly something going on with him in his personal life that they're trying to work through to convince him to stay. That being said I would be very, very surprised if they trade him. And as long as they refuse we should keep that same energy with Kozzy.
  20. The story being legit and the leak coming from us can both be correct. If what you've said is true then this has been bubbling around for a few weeks now. It's no coincidence it leaked when it leaked. Right after Green's comments and during the game where he's getting all buddy with his old teammates. I doubt anything happens here though to be honest. At least not for next year.
  21. I think it absolutely came from us. The timing wasn't a coincidence and apparently Fremantle had a meeting with Jackson a week or so earlier asking him about the noise.
  22. His gf is living in Perth for at least the year. Signed a contract with WC Fever until end of 2025.
  23. Man thatā€™s a poorly written article. Itā€™s like he was trying to write it up as quickly as possible so no one would get the scoop before him.
  24. Some of you are in deep denial. That interview is like the worst possible version of ā€œcontracted player wants trade but canā€™t openly say it.ā€ him saying heā€™s contracted doesnā€™t mean heā€™s not trying again this year, it literally just means itā€™s the only thing he can actually say in this situation. Other players have played it much better. Talk about how excited they sure to build and grow with the club/have success etc.
  25. I don't see who that benefits though. Just makes him look very unprofessional. I see Bolton and Narkle have now liked the foxfooty instagram post about this article. So either Kozzy and all his close mates are having a laugh, or he is just trying to say as much as he can publicly without actually saying it to put pressure on the club. I don't think I've ever seen a player this open about trade speculation, especially at this stage of the year. Even Bailey Smith was more towards the end of the year, and he was uncontracted.
