  1. So glad we didn’t take parish. Jason Taylor’s best call yet
  2. A big part of our inaccuracy is due to the fwds leading tight in to the pockets and the inside 50s getting directed in that way. We are one of the poorest sides in the top 8 as far as fwd leading movement , entries and execution as I said in another thread - the media is always last to notice a change in trend /narrative. We are a fair way behind where people think we are and the next 6 weeks is going to reveal that.
  3. you´re in denial. Carlton , Brisbane and Free are going to beat us convincingly the way we are playing. It s being disguised by a fairly soft draw and our inability to play 4 qtrs of footy is being spun as ´Melbourne finding another gear´. reality is we arent the best side at the moment and maybe free but definitely the carlton and bris games are going to be a big wake up call for a few on here.
  4. 1. Go to the game . 2. Acknowledge and cheer them on as I always do. Pretty simple stuff really
  5. Agree. I think we have enough virtue signaling to go around for everyone else. I’ll celebrate indigenous footballers without pretending we are the Narm football club
  6. Last time I was on Demonland , Tom Gillies was playing in the back line . The team has changed but i see a lot of familiar names here on Demonland
