Say for example, Max Gawn at age 35 , he could become a great substitute type player (i.e. not starting the games but on the bench). Even playing some VFL and helping the kids trying to make it to senior level

In this day and age you can expect players who look after their bodies to play until they are 35. I guess it'll also depend on their specific position (harder to play wing if too old).

Don't know how many here in Demonland arev gamers but, today it was the official launch of the new AFL 23 game. Petracca is in the cover of this game... However, he has been rated as a middle of the pack player 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Similar to Clayton Oliver who is at around the 20th best player (with Bontompelli and Cripps at the top). Max Gawn ,on the other hand, is nowhere to be seen in the top 40 players. Apparently the game developers used Champion Data to calculate the player ratings. What a load of [censored] data!

Binman, I do share the sentiment re Tmac. However, isn't this something JVR could provide? And you get a younger body , faster and more athletic.... And increased forward pressure; that kid loves to chase the ball carrier.

You would think that without Kozzy we really need Fritsch goal kicking magic. It would be hard to defeat the Lions without Kozzy and Fritta (combined for almost a 100 goals last year!!!)
