  1. Forwards looking good, interesting that Marty hore seems to be training as a forward
  2. For a cat B could we have a look at one of the Irish lads that tested at the combine Eoin McEvoy and David colbert
  3. I think there's a good chance we take Tauru at 5 if he's still there
  4. SEN's 2024 AFL full Phantom Draft has us taking Josh Smillie with 5 (6), and Jobe Shanahan with 9 (11). SEN's 2024 AFL full Phantom Draft Richmond take Harvey Langford with 6 (7) and Alix Tauru with 10 (12).
  5. I'd say we are going mids with both picks especially if our pursuit of Wade derksen continues unless tauru available at 9, My thoughts on who we might select in order of preference 5, Lalor,Smith,Langford,Smilie 9, Bo Allan, Reid, Tauru, Hotton,Lindsay , Travaglia
  6. If we are still pursuing derksen from gws next year assuming Tauru is gone I think we draft 2 midfielders At 9 we would potentially select Allan Hotton Reid Lindsay travaglia
  7. This line of thought has me wondering how the list management and talent scouts see Wade derksen as an option are we in for the long haul with the pursuit of Derk if so then surely mids
  8. Some highlights from the VFL https://www.afl.com.au/video/1155593
  9. Apparently Nathan Jones in talks to return as assistant coach
  10. Fin Macrae is considering his options off the back of struggling to break into Collingwood’s senior side this year, per Mitch Cleary. We were interested in his draft year
  11. Matt Kennedy has been told he is free to look at a trade Carlton fan favourite Matt Kennedy one of three Blues free to look for a trade Would suit a ANB type role.
  12. Jake Ricciardi worth a look? Alex Cincotta out of favour at carlton Hobbs/tsatas not getting game time at bombers
  13. Alex Cincotta was left out of Carlton's finals team against Brisbane in favour of injured players returning does a good job at locking down Oppo mids and is reliable off HBF
  14. With Nibbler leaving surely we have a look at Matt owies
  15. Liam Reidy extended his deal at freo, they were saying it on gettable this week and last week
  16. If Goldstein plays on at the bombers we should look at Nick Bryan from the bombers
  17. 6. Leake 11. Tholstrup
  18. Cal twomey and Kevin Sheehan did a mock draft on gettable with Melbourne picking o Sullivan at 6 ahead of sanders and Darcy wilson with our next pick
  19. Giants rumored to be into Leake and Windsor with their first pick so if we want leake then we'd have to take him with 6
  20. i think people see 11 as a "top ten pick" because of the 2 gold coast academy kids and potentially even the bulldogs f/s so its kind of like pick 9 if you were to take the GC academy kids out
  21. I believe he had an injury during the coming and didn't test which was around the same time the Melbourne James leake talk started I don't really know who to compare him to but I think Trent rivers is the midfield talent we need and leake would be a great replacement for rivers if Howes isn't suited to HBF
  22. I like sanders but I think we should be looking at getting Riv in the guts and finding someone to take his spot along the HB Line
  23. A mid-sized Tasmanian utility is emerging as a potential top-10 bolter for next month’s national draft after impressing in a range of positions across the second half of the season. James Leake is believed to be firmly in the sights of clubs including Melbourne (pick 6), Greater Western Sydney (pick 7) and Geelong (pick 8). Rivals believe that St Kilda (pick 13) also likes Leake, but growing interest means he is unlikely to slip to that selection. The 187cm prospect, who hails from Launceston, featured as an intercept defender for the Allies at the under-18 national championships in the middle of the year. However, he also showed plenty as a forward and midfielder in the back end of the Coates Talent League season with the Tasmanian Devils. Leake booted 12 goals across three games for the Devils after being swung forward mid-season. He then played as a midfielder in the Devils’ preliminary final loss to the Eastern Ranges, racking up 21 disposals, three clearances and kicking two goals to put an exclamation mark on his campaign.
  24. Cal Twomey, herald sun and fox footy saying we are into james leake at pick 6. medium sized utility plays both ends of the ground
  25. so our current draft hand is 6, 11, 42, 93, plus a full suite of future selections. MD F1, SS F2, WB F3, MD F4.
