The best footy of Jack Watts' career was that month around QB last year. We shouldn't have let him go. He should have fought to stay. He's no-one now that he's not a Melbourne player. Melbourne goes on without him though.

I shed no more than a solitary tear at my dad's funeral so I'm not about to start bawling over a footy club…but it meant a lot to me regardless. Good on us all for sticking through the hard hard times to see this night. -

Absolutely no chance of a suspension for Oscar. AVB is a chance for a week for his errant elbow to the head o (I think?) Rioli. No chance of a penalty for the tunnelling/spoiling incident. Barely even a free kick that one.

Tyson gets absolutely no respect. I was a former Tyson hater too but he's very handy. No change. If anyone goes out it could be Weidemann for Garlett or someone else with some pace. You need heaps of it on the G, and you need even more against GWS.

I'd almost give up finals to see Essendon lose by that much.

Gave us far more today than a hindered Jesse would have. Not sure what we'll do next year. We could play all 3 of McWiedHogan but only if Hogan's roaming far and wide, and potentially not on the G where you need a very fast team.

It' will be Hawthorn/Sydney (loser of) if we lose vs GWS, or else Geelong. If pigs fly and Freo defeats Collingwood, a win will see us make 4th spot and play Richmond.
