True but two of the last three premiers have been a game clear on top of the ladder after round 11.

The loss of Jackson has been massive, spewing he left. I still enjoy watching him play though.

Jeepers the last couple of weeks have sucked.

We must have watched different games, we were putrid tonight.

That was a really poor game by us and across the whole ground which is just so rare for us. We have lots of issues and our midfield is probably the biggest one. I think we actually have the possibility to mix it up and improve us in there and Goodwin did mix it up today but was very slow in doing so. I also don’t understand why Salem wasn’t put in the backline and Rivers, Bowey or even Judd pushed further up the ground. The way Viney is playing he might need to spend more time as a defensive forward too. Right now it’s really hard watching Oliver. Oliver is my favourite all time Demon and it hurts watching him at the moment, he looks so lost and lacking his competitive edge. We are also playing too many players who simply just can’t run hard enough for long enough. Long way to go but this season could slip away quickly if we can’t resolve some of our issues.

It’s hard to believe a starting midfield with Gawn, Viney, Oliver and Trac struggle to get a clearance. Hope our attitude and work rate drastically improve in the second half.

I guess it’s a good reminder that as bad as Richmond are and as good as Sydney are at the moment you can’t take any game for granted.

I seriously can’t understand how a side like the Crows just dominating that last quarter but still found a way to lose or Collingwood found a way to win.
