A question for the track watchers if I may. Clarry is obviously in very good shape going into '25, but as unfit as he may have been last year I don't think that was his biggest issue. Far more of a hindrance for him was his dodgy hand. His handball game was way down, and his tackling was basically ineffective. I'm wondering what observations have been made on those 2 aspects of his game. Is his handball game 'back', and how effective has his tackling been during training? Appreciate any and all info.

There was a report last week that referred to a player as Jai. I was scratching my head trying to work out who picked up the nickname Jai, checked the whole list. Couldn't work it out. Until I realised Jai, was actually Jai, as in Culley. Gave myself a swift uppercut.

Funny old game AFL. So worried about head injuries, and yet a full blown knee to the back of the head is play on.

Not disputing that at all, even though none of us really know what exactly happened. Essentially, the media narrative isn't what happened. The club's comments on it don't appear to be what actually happened, and Clarrie's own comments don't really align with what appears to have happened. If we can somehow turn this around though, we'll be all the better for it.
