What the [censored] hell has that got to do with it? He was brought up in our 'culture'!!!!!!I know, go back to where you came from. It doesn't take long for the R Gene to bubble up with some people.

Just watched highlights of Jamarra Ugle-Hagan and it made me hate Gillon McLachlan and the AFL even more.
It is appalling that the Bulldogs have a free shot at this kid.

He has found a welcoming community in South Los Angeles where he says himself he feels a great sense of belonging.
Hopefully its not Skid Row.

Dees supporters froth over lever. Think he's captain material.... the bloke has been average his whole career, spends more time guarding grass and all he can do is punch the ball
We definitely got ripped off in that trade.
He better lift big time next season.

Jake Lever is one of the most overrated players to have ever put on the red and blue.
Not sure abut that elegt,. Don't see him rated highly by anyone.

This is what Cale Morton should have become if we had the player development and culture when he was drafted.

I have watched some of the matches this year when Trent Rivers played and I believe he has all the attributes which are required for the modern wingman and he should be given first dibbs at the role this year rather than Salem.
Yes. I have him on the wing in my best 22. His tank may not be ready though for next season.
A lot of people are writing off Adam Tomlinson but I think we will see a lot if him in 2021... we are back on the MCG and he was likely recruited to help our running power there where our record is poor.

Would rather him on that list than Chandler or Bedford.

We will never have a real home as we are called 'Melbourne'. Makes it very hard unlike all the other Vic teams who are from suburbs. Even North Melbourne have a spiritual home at Arden St.
Where is Melbourne? Should we build an oval in the middle of Bourke St Mall?
-
We should have taken Dustin Martin with pick 1 or 2 in the 2009 draft.

Here are two goals from Kobe.. literally all I can find

Does anyone have any footage of the kid in action? Can he play?
Yeah, now you mention it where is some video footage of the kid playing?

Joel Smith is already a handy defender, particularly in 1 v 1's, and will develop into a really good lock down KPB
I agree he is very good 1 on 1. Does literally nothing else at the moment though.
Perhaps he can replace Neville Jetta as our lockdown defender on small/mid sized forwards? I am sure I will get torched for that suggestion.

One of Melksham's attributes (at least in the past) has been his ability to one on one aerial contests with clever body positioning and good overhead abilities. I think this is one of the major things that allowed him to survive the chop, despite him deserving it IMHO. I'm not sure that Salem has that ability to affect contests in the air.
Salem is a little bit of a tough cookie, I like him off half back but I'm not entirely sure if that's utilising his abilities. I'd like to see him tried potentially on the wing opposite to Langdon but I don't think he's quick enough or has a big enough tank. Half forward I'm not sure there's a place for him with a number of similar sized players already there.
I'd really love to see him further up the ground but I'm not sure how it would work.
I would try him as a defensive half forward and see how he goes. He can always move to half back if it doesn't work out.
All I know is that he is not a midfielder / winger.

I did the same with us taking them 2
First Round prediction based on club needs and available players
1. Essendon trade 6 & 7 to Crows take Logan McDonald
Really hope that doesn't happen.
Want to see Bombers keep picks 6-7-8 and pick their usual vanilla players.
-
If Melksham really is as cooked as he looked this year, maybe Salem can move into that role.
He should be way more damaging than he currently is.

But that is the point, he could be worse.
Have you seen him play?
Why are you saying he is a LOCK for us.
If he is good, fair enough, but you don't draft players who aren't AFL standard, just because their fathers were good players. If that was the case, we would have 3 of Lyon's sons on the list for starters.

I would only be interested if our recruiting team see him as a potential AFL player. If he is not up to the standard then let's not waste our time.
I don't want him just on name alone.
Yeah you are both right.. just a little bit excited about the idea of a Wiz Junior running around for us.

He looks so much stronger. I am no expert in muscles and fitness but he looks very sexy.
Keep at it LJ, you can be the best player in the league if you want it.

On memory it took his dad to settle down early on, if he's got his dad's smarts he'll make it.
This club has had so many duds on its list I will be spewing if we don't at least give Kobe a shot. He cant be worse than 7 or 8 players we currently have. And we need another small forward

What if he isn't AFL standard, do we still LOCK him in?
Yeah, I reckon he will get a rookie spot at worst.

He's listed Melbourne as his current location.
IF Kobe Farmer is currently in Melbourne training with the Demons with the draft just three days away...
THEN You can lock it in that he will be drafted to the club his father 'The Wiz' is still revered at and played in a Grand Final for

I don't want Jackson getting banged up in the ruck.
Play ya big Ferraris foward.LJ will be the most exciting forward since Buddy if it works out for him in that position.
Much rather him ripping games up and kicking bags of goals than rucking. Hes the exact type of player that will put bums on seats.

He showed some good signs this year.... we just have so much inside mid depth though that its almost impossible to see him getting a regular gig (unless played out of position).
