i now know why Kane Cornes does not agree with 7-year contracts

Brad Greens letter to members
flags are tough to win so it's not necessarily that we haven't won another one its that we never came close poor conversion and choking in consecutive finals cost use in 23. some people comfort themselves that we were "close". we were not close. same old story

POSTGAME: Rd 20 vs St. Kilda
i watched that horror passage of play unfold in slow motion he could have kicked it anywhere. he should actually have aimed for wietering. guaranteed to miss him if he did that

That whole Shand review was obviously a sham.

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
not sure why I'm wasting my time responding to you He tried to force a trade last year. Remember. maybe you have forgotten to take your amnesia tablets. made a big song and dance at the expense of the club. wanted a bigger club to showcase his brand. And his cooking. You might not care about something like that but i do. People like you have no self-respect. Where was his fight for the club when we were in a hole on Sunday. It was nowhere to be seen. He wasn't Robinson Crusoe in that respect though He can leave this year, we'll get decent value for him, and we can invest in someone who does actually want to be here.

May to Tribunal
he won't give up on a lost cause then

They both need to go Clarry has lost it. sad to see but we can't afford his wage for the level of output he's producing. his shanked kick that missed everything when a point would have won us the game was the last straw. we have to move. Trac is not invested and is no leader. We should take the best offer we can get and invest in a youngster.

what communication. a letter that says nothing is not communication

Brad Greens letter to members
i was expecting something tomorrow actually. Post board meeting. Give goody the dreaded vote of confidence. but he said absolutely nothing in the letter, in which case, what was the point?

Brad Greens letter to members
pretty pointless letter. unless there is something substantial to announce then best to say nothing i reckon

Time to go Goody?
Adem yze is the one that got away. He should be our head coach and we let him walk out the door

Time to go Goody?
I won’t defend any of our senior players Gawn gives his all but he is not a driver of standards Viney tries hard but stitched the club when negotiating his last contract. Tim Lamb stuff up that one Trac is no leader. Threw a massive tanty last year about standards. he's all bout himself. He's not invested The Clarry we know and love is a distant memory. The current version is miles off it I think both Trac and clarry should be moved on Keep viney to lead the young lads. Gawn is a legend but I’m not sure captain should be his go anymore (no idea who takes over. Lever preferably but he is too injury prone now) And Goody might be trying his best but I’m afraid its no where near good enough. No instruction from the sidelines yesterday as the game turned against us. Kossie and Melks on the bench. His coaching was putrid. He’s been there 9 years. A strong coach does not allow player power to take hold. that's on him as much as anyone A big broom required and clear the lot of them out

I’m not on social media Hopefully the blowtorch comes from the media as well

Time to go Goody?
Maybe not Our supporter base is quite docile. The few tragics on this site are not representative. There will be no revolt from the faithful just a shrug of the shoulders I reckon.

Time to go Goody?
So you’re not going to give him a chance? Him and Brad greens would be in regular communication I’m sure. The next month or so vital for us. He will have to have a plan. If no change to the sen coach at seasons end we’ll have our answer

Heartbreaking losses
We’re in self flagellation mode. It’s just part of the process of coming to terms with where we’re at again

Time to go Goody?
I'll be speaking to membership this morning. I'll renew when we have a new senior coach it's the only leverage i have at this stage normally i'm pretty good at moving on from defeats but this is different. we need big changes. will tune out for the rest of this week until gameday. no point wallowing in misery when i can't do anything to effect change

Time to go Goody?
I actually think Steve Smith is a very good option as president. Kate Roffey was totally out of her depth so he'll be a big improvement there Pert was an absolute [censored]. a disaster for us. Why oh why didn't we back in Jacksons choice Mahoney I know nothing of the CEO. No background in AFL does not give me confidence. We need a new senior coach and major surgery throughout the FD. Tall order for Guerra to come in and sort that ****show out without AFL experience Very sad where we've ended up.

Time to go Goody?
He could be referring to the govt work done by the big 4 consultancies such as PWC. Very shoddy and very expensive
-
Heartbreaking losses
[censored] the bed against the pies in the last round in 2017. pies with nothing to play for missed the finals by the smallest percentage margin ever
