  1. Reading the posts in the last 2 pages gave me the impression the worst was confirmed. Initial tests inconclusive. Scans due this afternoon. Can the chicken lickens please calm down until then
  2. I don't disagree with any of that Jaded. And TMac is a big worry for sure. But injuries to key players happen all the time. It's a big inditement of the brains trust if plan B's are not in place for these eventualities. If the worst comes to the worst I believe we have the cattle to secure top 4. Other players need to step up leadership wise and the brains trust need to figure it out structurally. Its what they are paid to do.
  3. Hopefully not an ACL but either way he's out for a while. Huge loss to the team but we have a handy replacement in Grundy. Thought he worked his way into the game well last night. We just got to suck this up and get on with it. We're still a very good team and can overcome this.
  4. Other than BB and Lever the entire team was way-off. I think we should stick fat and give everyone the chance to atone so no changes other than for injuries. TMac the big worry. Very ineffectual. Another poor game against the Swans and he'll have to be dropped.
  5. I have to stay i hate those pictures of injured players in the change rooms. If a cameraman came need me in a situation like that i'd tell them to F off.
  6. Good teams have bad nights. It happens. Our top liners will not be as bad again. no need to over analyse or over think it. Shake ourselves down, get back on the horse, prepare well this week and perform as we know we can against Sydney. If we deliver another insipid performance next week, then start pulling things apart. Edit: And no changes this week other than for injuries (and May if fit). The same team needs to be given the opportunity to atone.
  7. Not our night folks. We'll respond against the Swans. Hope Max ok. Going to get my head down, go for a good walk early doors and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Over and out
  8. Saprgo knows how to win a head high free kick
  9. Not our night tonight unfortunately. we just can't get going. Edit. nice coast to coast goal. more of that please
  10. TMac having zero influence. He doesn;t look right.
  11. Come on Trac. composure
  12. outstanding player and leader, no question, but if we're that reliant on one man we're not as strong a team as i thought
  13. We can win this? We can;t play as badly the second half. Grundy was starting to even the stoppage contest. We were getting our hands on the ball. 3rd quarter will tell the tale but win the quarter by 2 goals and we'll overrun them all dependent on us shaking off the first half malaise of course. but we have big time players in Trac, Clarry, Lever. and Fritsch showed his class on the siren taking a brilliant goal and slotting true. Come on dees. You can do this.
  14. is this sarcasm? i can;t tell
  15. junk time goal to fritsch. somehow only 20 points down
  16. i understand now why we wanted to give Maysie every chance of playing.
  17. this is a horror show. haltime can;t come quick enough
  18. My boy hunter. beautiful delivery to Brown who goals we needed that
  19. This is comically bad. Where has this performance come from?
  20. that quarter couldnt have gone much worse. everyone needs to pull their collective fingers out otherwise we on a hiding here
  21. MAx is out so we just need to get on with it Clarry and Trac need to lead here. Midfield been sleep walking thus far
  22. centre bounce work ordinary so far
  23. Grundy is no Gawn
