  1. Very curious selections. I hope the brains trust know what they are doing. Lose this one and the scrutiny level will go up a couple of notches.
  2. We've been stale for a while so this is exactly what the team needs. some young blood. Hopefully he can find his feet quickly and contribute from the get-go. Best of luck to the boy.
  3. The players are tired alright. Tired of huffing and puffing for no reward. It must be demoralising to dominate all the key stats and fail to convert. I’ve had a good nights sleep and had a long walk with the dog this morning. I’m not as doom and gloom as I was yesterday evening. I’m hoping a dry game under the roof at Marvel might spark us. A JVR / BBB double act releases the tension. 1 good performance could turn our season. I live in hope. One thing for sure, we have to change up the coaching ticket in the off season. I think we’ve gone stale and badly need some new voices and ideas. A Justin Leppitsch type would make a big difference I think. Go Dees
  4. I don't think this game will be one for the purists.
  5. did't kick straight another frustrating game. we never learn.
  6. I have a radical suggestion. He's a top character and plays his guts out but let's see how we go without ANB against the Saints. Try someone from Casey. Someone with poise and can deliver a pass.
  7. I'm disappointed. And resigned to our fate. No Fritsch means no flag. We're not that good. Our record since midway through last season is bang average. It won't change for the rest of this year. We'll make the 8. Maybe win a final by bludgeoning a team into submission scoring 60 points or so. But that's the limit to our ambitions. Big summer needed. We need to freshen up the assistant coaching ranks, recruit a key forward somehow and figure out a new forward plan. It's painful watching our bumbling clueless efforts at forward play.
  8. Same old. Rinse and repeat. Can’t question the effort but pathologically unable to kick a score. It looks like Fritsch could be out for a spell as well which would be disastrous I live in hope but I just can’t see us making much of an impression this year. Our forward set-up is a shambles.
  9. some goal josh kelly.
  10. kozzy has wasted a lot of possessions today
  11. next goal huge
  12. superb kick lingers come on dees. go again.
  13. should have been a 50 to chandler. late hit
  14. ANB lace out to Kozzy. Gotta kick this kozzy... and he does we're alive. come on dees
  15. watching us huff and puff is exhausting. and depressing
  16. Jeez i hope its not season ending WCW.. I don't think we can win the flag without him
  17. we won't be able to blame a loss today on the umps.
  18. the only thing that half was missing was the junk time goal at the end. This is all just more deja vu. Our forward play and goal kicking are bottom 4 not top 4. Toby Greene is going to win this game for the Giants. I just know it.
  19. Toby Greene and our inaccuracy is going to beat us today
  20. The Ginats just need a decent quarter and they'll score enough to win
  21. blatant push in the back on Maxy missed by the umps
  22. the HTB tackle followed up by a great delivery. much better kozzy
  23. Trac needs to dish it off. His goal kicking just hopeless today
  24. Kozzys form a real worry. just not on his game at all.
  25. BB and Milkshake will have to kick the goals for us. No one else is reliable
