North are outstanding. Best I've seen them play in years. Swarming all over the dockers. We'll see if they can keep this up but if i was a North fan i'd be very happy with what i'm seeing.

Hard question. I hate lots of teams. Pies obviously, Richmond, Hawks, bombers, Carlton. I have a special dislike for the West Coast Eagles. There's an arrogance and entitlement which really grates with me. Seen it up close during own ill-fated prelim in 2018 and won't forget it. I hope they languish for a long time. Edit: forget to mention the cats. I thoroughly hate the Cats.

2 games in so too early to have a proper gauge of where Crows are at but they need to improve significantly on what they've dished up so far. Pathetic for 3 quarters against the suns and underwhelming at home v the aging cats. I had them in the 8 but not as confident now.

Fritschy won't have 2 poor games in a row. He'll kick 3 or 4. Petty to find his way into the game and hopefully kick a couple. We need this man fit if we're going to get our hands on the holy grail this year. fingers and toes crossed no lingering problems. Clarry will get the Maginnis tag by the sounds of it. Interesting to see how he deals with that Hawks always pose problems and make it difficult but if we're switched on i can't see them beating us. This game is played at the same family friendly timeslot each season, so my kids have seen us beat the Hawks regularly. It's helping foster a healthy disdain in them for the Hawks. I have to admit I'm jealous of the dockers this year death riding the pies first pick. Early days but it looks like it will be a juicy pick for them.

people have forgotten that the Elliot mark for the first goal clearly bounced into his arms. an obvious non-mark. reckon the out of bounds goal squared that injustice so pies can't complain on that front. they did get stitched by the umps though.

lions and pies to fall out of top 4. reckon Swans, Giants, Carlton and ourselves will fill the top slots this year.

Every year st kilda are talked up. they never deliver. they've got some good players in King and Marshall and they are well drilled by Lyon but they are a 6-8 team at best.

A crows win over the cats tonight would set the weekend up perfectly.

Pies will miss finals. They remind me of Leicester a few years ago when they won the EPL (2016 i think it was). For a season and a half they couldn't lose even though everyone expected the wheels to come off at any moment. The season after their miraculous win they crashed and burned finishing 12th.
