If Trac wants out completely then that’s fine. Well not fine but whatever. If he truly wants out then he has to go to the club that gets the MFC the best deal. He signed a 7 year deal and has 5 remaining. We need to be fairly compensated.

I don’t get the impression that Trac wants mediation or to mend the relationship or even for the MFC to improve whatever aspects he’s unhappy with. I think he wants out completely and no amount of sorrys or improvements that happen in the future do not matter to him because he will be at his preferred destination.

If someone in a leadership position within an organisation were to be questioned about their organisation and responded with the same level of unpreparedness and lack of understanding about the most critical issue facing their organisation as what I have just witnessed, they would be immediately dismissed. It is not just one issue they are responsible for; they are at the top of the chain and accountable for overseeing all major aspects of the organization. Such poor answers to the line of questioning today would be unacceptable in any professional setting, and the consequences would be swift and severe. God, I really hope Trac wasn't listening. If he was, he might already have his bags packed, or he’ll be rushing to do so any minute now. And he won’t be the only one, others on the team will probably be digging through their cupboards, reaching for their suitcases on the high shelf, and considering their options.

Being a Demon in South Australia it can be unbearable most of the time but these past two weeks have been an early Chrissie present. Who do we replace Kozzy with? He's almost impossible to replace. There simply is no like for like. So who could possibly bring even a quarter of the dynamics that he brings. It might be a lot of pressure but could we see the Kolt finally get a call up? The past few weeks you've been touting resting Ben Brown but with the Bye coming up do we just roll the dice and play him?
