No but I have clearly stated my view on the "heroes of 2018" including Jets Vanders Melky ANB and am of the opinion because of their age and Real lack of form and genuine contribution since are facing uphill battles To be included in our team going forwarded. Even you would have to admit that none of those four players have improved and indeed through form and injury Have along with some other players not developing are responsible fir our disastrous campaign in 2019 And inconsistent 2020 season. For us to Move forward and improve I Firmly believe our development is clearly in the hands of the 2019 and 2020 draftees and trade acquisitions and 23-26 year olds improvement like Trac last season. Any opportunities for the "30 Yo brigade" I see as depth mainly unless a dramatic change in form and confidence appears In their football. This is a great position if it returns as a fall back situation. There is so much potential in our youth that I am expecting a spike in form and confidence which could push us into Finals and who knows what might evolve. We can only dream of 2028 and an even happier result!

Don't mind Hibbo also in mix after a good year in 2020.

We need 2 smalls in the team especially if Melky and Vanders are not fit or in firm.

Vanders is so far off fitness and form he could not on any basis be selected.

If all our A graders like Trac Clarry Max and near A BB and Fritta some mids and Langers plus one small forward stars eg Kossie then we are a real chance to carry the role players along on a real journey.On the forward line and succeed with good or even large scores.

All players are needed to be ready and on the ball from the first bounce on Mon and Round1. Did you see A snapshot of improvement from last Friday's practice match With greater disposal slicker ball movement and better crumbing and leading patterns plus newbie Kade Chandler an improved Spargs a resurgent Tmac plus Gawny going forward now and again and Fritta looking more assured in conversion. Thats without BBB Weid Kossie maybe Melkshake plus any new recruits from the 2020 draft. it's all about maturity a better game plan and more versatile players and development from younger draftees of last two years Probsbly doesnt mean we will have a bad day or two but more options is a great improvement.

Sam was 10/12 weeks from Day 1 Which may indicate he is doing ok but Ben May be a bit behind it seems. But u miss the point DrD There are no guarantees for immediate or long term performances fir high draft positions and you should Understand this. They are all footballers and human beings and are not robots. The NMFC recruits after 3/4 preseason is not a snap shot of all their regular form once the real games start. You are placing too much pressure on high draft picks especially if they don't look good immediately Or are not up to your expectations.

While Rosman was ordinary last Friday I have faith he is the right recruit fir this time as we will get a decade of excellence from him on the MCG wing and occasionally cameoing up forward. I look forward to him being There as one of our best when we get that 13 th flag. There is no guarantee Smith would have been.
