I'm not against Armstrong or another tall at that pick, just would feel premature to write Jeffo off, especially given neither Jeffo or Armstrong look like they could move to defence

Reckon in terms of talls a proper ruck/fwd is our biggest need rather than a pure key fwd Acknowledge that May/McDonald are getting on but we've got a lot of potential options in defence (May, Lever, Petty, T Mac even Disco as an option, who knows maybe a Jed Adams even kicks on) I'm in the 2 x medium sized player camp too, unless we get creative with pick 9 and split it

The most vital thing for us is Norf retaining a pick ahead of 5, whether that's pick 2 or acquiring 4

It's more the fact he seems to have these elite athletic traits but still doesn't win heaps of the ball which is the red flag next to him

Agree Mousey, if Armstrong was a one-grabber it'd be a conversation, but he looks like a 50/50 punt I think. Great speed though. I was open minded to Armstrong but I think I'm leaning more towards the 2 x midfielders (or 1 x mid, 1 x flanker) with our first two picks
