Seriously, the quality of this call was miles above channel 7. Except when Huddo called Kade Kyle.

I watched on telly and I had the same thoughts. He was very solid.

Also Petracca playing in fully white zinc cream face was iconic. Loved the commentary at one point where they said something like "Petracca... the only thing worrying him today is... the sun".

I actually thought the interview with Clarry with Maxy by his side at the end was really good. Step up, take responsibility, stop the endless media speculation.

A really solid performance today. Got jumped early, settled down and then dominated for almost the entire match. Can we get some love for ANB's dribble goal reminiscent of Trac in the grand final? What a champ. Having Ben Brown and TMac back made us so much more physically imposing. Barring injury I can't see Thommo or Schache ever playing again. And Oliver and Kozzie picking out targets inside 50, just so good to watch.

Kozzie was absolutely electric today. So good to have him back.

Docherty ACL is absolutely devastating for him. Poor guy must feel cursed.

I hope when we walk down the race each player taps a carrot in honour of our fallen comrade.

I hope all the supporters get around Clarry. Our most important player, club champion multiple times, has been through public hell and deserves a lot of love from the Dees faithful.

That Julian guy who lives in the Netherlands whose review was read out sounds like an upstanding citizen and all round good guy.

I’m glad to have gotten that praccy out of the way. Fired up my WatchAFL to check out the game only to find out there was a problem with my account. Shook out the cobwebs, contacted the support staff, got my account fixed, I am now ready to rock for opening round with no glitches (hopefully!).
