He really does trip over his own explanations with some frequency... Just like he tripped over Rayden Tallis' head that time -
CHANGES: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs
Graeme Yeats' Mullet replied to Demonland's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think this is why we've seen very few changes. A lot of specific roles being played, and with some success it's hard to justify risking the balance. We need some more polish, all over the park really, and I like Melksham for the clean touch If Melksham were to come in, it's probably for either AvB, Pickett or Fritsch, none of whom deserve to be dropped... Making it difficult again -
CHANGES: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs

ANB is a bit of a whipping boy on this forum The suggestion of Melksham for ANB is flawed and fails to recognise the roles people are playing in this team. And we've heard the success this year is based on roles ANB is in the team for his 2-way run, as well as being an effective small forward. Holding our defensive structure up the ground requires this run from our forwards. This is why Goodwin thinks more of him than many D'landers Melksham does not bring the same 2-way run, in fact some on here suggest his defensive run and effort is poor at times. I don't think ANB has been as bad as many are saying. But if he is to go out, it has to be for a runner (Bowey? Hunt/Hibberd fwd and someone else in back? Baker?) -
CHANGES: Rd 19 vs Western Bulldogs

Spot on, plus... We lost the tackle count by 20 ish -
They're all calling for it... None of them are in front of their opponents and running at it This is what's wrong with our forward line!

This thread is a testament to the service Demonland.com provides for free speech It doesn't matter how misguided your view, you still have a voice Well done Demonland!!

Great facts here Poor anaylsis though The problem for me here is the lack of a forward running towards the ball carrier Yes, Viney can improve, but FFS 3 of 3 forward targets stationary calling for a bomb over the top! Lead at the [censored] ball!!

He was very up and down Still seething that he just flumped on that ball deep in the last, needed to paddle in front like May often does -

We looked tired I've been thinking for a while, how do we utilise depth to rest some and prep for finals I think it's time for "managing" a few -
How was Clarko after Frosty's 2nd howler in the last Qrt ? Anyhow, depsite how ugly we played we're top of the ladder and those 2 pts are very handy in the scheme of things

If we're going to blood a couple and give a rest to others then I'm all for a big list of changes Declase in also Tmac rest Time to start preparing for Finals, ensure there's some fresh legs -
Yeah Ridiculous, whining about HtB Especially given this
-
Our structure holds up against a game plan We crumble under tackle pressure
-
Correct We lose a scrap, against clubs who can only scrap
-
HtB ?
-
Absolutely horrible, can't get the basic skills right, out tackled by 17th, and can't kick straight... Ffs At least we can go to sleep clear on top of the ladder ?♂️

We have sloppy skills, and don't stick tackles We're susceptible to a dog fight, but our structure holds up against class -
