Does the SUB need to come from the Emergencies? Or can it be from the current bench also?

Can the sub be Smith given he's on the bench or any of the other INT? OR does it have to be a named Emergency?

Other Fwd options are a lottery BBB (fit?) or Schache (skills?) 5. Releases Smith to sub who's strength is 1.5 Qrts pinch hitting as a fit/fast Sub (3rd back or 3rd fwd) 6. The Gawndy fairytale is due for a happy ending...
