Viney missed 10 games; May played the last 2 games with a torn hammy, back up defender Smith was injured....perhaps a tall with potential (and not just hope) is what is needed.

With Vanders delisting himself and Viney only playing 14 games I assume he is the backup?

Agree but it would have been nice to get him there. Sometimes that all there is to a football career. (I remember Steven Icke finished up on 198 games. A great football story and a B&F winner, and I know injury finished him off but couldnt we have nursed him through 2 more games?)

Watching him play reminded me of how infuriating he was to play against when at Norf. A trotting, tripping? gait, an incredibly long run up and if you look at him the wrong way the ump gives him a free kick. Glad we got him fit to play. Well done BBB

A team needs 3 'new' players to keep going forward. Obviously Hunt and Tomlinson come to mind. Perhaps another tall? Our drafting seems to be successful with picks under 40 so hopefully we can do some bundling to achieve that.
