What did you do to deserve that?
  3. Could be...a smattering of board members, coaches, players as well as staff. A happy club.

Interesting spin by the MFC In addition, our travel schedule, will allow a large number of our interstate members and supporters to get along to the football and see the Demons in action in their home states.

The only good thing about next years fixture is we don't have to play this years premiers.

Lets take playing WC in Perth as a compliment. Won over the locals big time and hope to do it again?
  7. Perhaps it went to La Dee-vina Comedia in error....
  8. Um did you order anything?
  9. Came across this vs GCS. Will give him the benefit of the doubt and say it is an early haircut prototype.
  10. Not sure what the initial forecast was but Pert said winning the GF took us from break even to $2mill profit. Thats many T shirts and caps. Naturally there has been an increase in memberships which will have a flow on effect in years to come.
  11. Directly, no. The MCG is controlled by the MCG Trust who have leased the MCG to the MCC. Naturally the MCG Shop can only sell licensed products, in this case AFL products, so some of the money will come back indirectly via the AFL. I think.
  12. especially the one who was ecstatic when Selwood was given 50m penalty
  13. Many thanks to all those who posted. Combined with family photos it seems it was a great day.
  14. Can anyone confirm that James Mcdonald is in attendance?

  19. not to the Blazer bar, apparently they have run out of draught.....
  20. Demonland is a tad quiet; I wonder where everyone is? 😁
  21. Get well asap. Take care.
  22. Well for me life went somewhat like this....40+ eye sight starts to go, 50+ hearing, 60+ teeth....and for the other mind your own business. So any night time game I have to stagger around in the dark on public transport and I spend most of the game watching it on the big screen on the scoreboard. If I have a couple of beers I spend much travel time to the toilet. May as well watch it from the comfort of home. Wednesday night totally unsupportive of young families but then heh the Dees have the lowest number of underage supporters in the AFL so minimal impact there......(Good luck growing that demographic) I reckon the betting companies want some more action on a Wednesday night..... Anyway see you there, Covid permitting.
  23. I would have thought 25-27. Depending on your strength, even longer. For example Robert Harvey could run all day and no one could keep up with him. Trac missed a year with a knee and i dont think has peaked yet and Oliver hasn't (I hope). As our goal to goal line is almost old enough to play for Geelong then yes another tall is required.
  24. Hi, Have a great day everyone. Feel free to post photos as I am in Cairns.
