And some players go running/training with their best mates from other clubs. And/or their own fitness adviser has players from a number of clubs and they have sessions together.

I foolishly walked the course this morning. In the pouring rain and freezing wind. So for future track watchers it will be nigh impossible to get out of the weather (unlike Goschs where you can stand under a tree.) BTW the Guineas Tunnel is painted pink. In terms of coffee goodness knows what they serve in the shops close to the station. There is probably somewhere decent where Coles is. The best closest cafes are Mother in Kambrook Rd and the Grange in Grange Rd.

I tend to agree with your comment on raiding but they do have the following who started elsewhere : Amon, Chol, D'Ambrosio, Frost, Ginivan, Gunston, Impey, Meek, Scrimshaw, Windgard; 8 of these played last night
