Exactly, I posted that on this site yesterday but the mods deleted it. always and stay away from public toilets, pull up in the middle of the street if you have to and cop the $600 fine if you get caught.

I didn't suggest that people and governments should not be concerned or vigilant, but at the moment there appears to be a fair amount of panic. The figure of 41,000 was on one of tv news stations this morning.
