The extension of Laurie's contract is part of the problem with club's list management since 2021. I can't recall an AFL game where Laurie has shown AFL level attributes. He is slow, not highly skilled and should be delisted. Not sure how he got a game this evening. -

Disappointing result but were outplayed for 3 quarters and only lost by 4 points. A couple of game changers were Rivers poor kick that led to a goal to Port and JVR’s head high tackle in our backline as well as JVR giving away a free kick by retaliating.

Free kick Bulldogs! Enough said... Langdon.. I thought he struggled on his wing and hasn't played well since having his ribs broken in the game against North. Trac.. no where near his best form. Not playing in beast mode and doesn't look as fit as last season. May.. good game apart from an extremely poor decision in the last quarter that potentially cost us the game. Why didn't he slow down the game and kick long? No tackles in the forward 50...where has our forward pressure gone? ANB, Spargo, Kozzie.. that's their role! Oliver.. lots of possessions but lots under pressure and quite a few not effective. Weideman.. was ok... we need to change up our forward line and give it a different look. Bring in JvR or play Petty, Hunt or Smith forward. -
