I had the same Ticketek timeout problem upon payment however I persisted trying to pay over and over for another 5 minutes when I received an email confirmation of the tickets and the payment hit my credit card. My other issue was that the link from the club's Gather Round email routed you into the queue for the Melbourne v Essendon game only whereas I wanted to get one of the 3 game multi passes (was unable to change this after getting through the long, long wait queue) so now I'll have to try my luck with the general admin sale tomorrow to "gather" tickets for those other matches.

Coming home on the train last night after the Geelong v Richmond match I overheard two Richmond supporters. Tiger 1: "You know I reckon we can beat Melbourne" Tiger 2: "Yep, if Gawn, Petracca, Oliver, Viney, May, Lever and Jackson are all out we are a real chance"

Weirdly, if you go onto Ticketmaster and fictionally try to buy a ticket for tonight's game there are about 100 to 200 blue dot seats left. The rest of the ground appears to have been sold. I find that hard to believe and reckon Channel 10 will be on the money.

Paid it a few weeks ago and every year I never hesitate to renew. I've followed this club for 40 years and won't stop until I drop. Yes, at times (many times) it can be torturous to be a member of this team, but you have to keep the faith, keep forgiving, keep buying memberships, keep turning up to the games and just keep supporting them. That's our role, that's what we must do.
