Round 23
Ah, so you're talking about the break between R22 and R23, my bad. Didn't read the OP

Dees give up Booze
I highly doubt that, I think it's more a case of Lewis showing leadership to the kids. ie: if you're serious, buy in.

Round 23
Isn't there a bye after round 23 anyway so who cares when anybody plays? Another AFL brainwave.

Andrew Gaff
A pack of sour cream and onion Smiths and a bottle of Dr Pepper after going back over his games.

Run home to Finals - 2018
Just did a ladder predictor and we can still make top 4 if we only lose 1 of the remaining providing some results go our way. Could be either Rich v Melb week one or maybe Melb v Ess/Syd (IF we make it)

Congrats Jordan Lewis on 300 games
I reckon he played his best game for the season last night, lead well. And when did he realise he can still kick 55m at 32!!! Use it in defence Jordy instead of 15m chip kicks! Does anyone remember when he got knocked v WB, people thought he was dead. Courageously or stupidly came back on to play in the last quarter lol

ROUND 19 - Non MFC games
I still think Ballarat is the coldest place I've ever been to. I remember sitting at that train station one morning when it was snowing and windy, will never forget it, thought I was going to die.

ROUND 19 - Non MFC games
I'll be cheering on the WB today, should be atrocious cold conditions today and a poor spectacle, Dogs to scrap it out, Port are pretenders. "Central for Sunday Very high chance of showers. Snow falling above 900 metres. The chance of a thunderstorm from late this morning. Gusty winds and possible hail. Winds NW 30 to 45 km/h turning W 35 to 55 km/h. Daytime maximum temperatures between 9 and 14."

The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
He hasn't been right since the Bulldogs game 8 weeks ago, something isn't right. Maybe an injury has affected his confidence but he's looking quite ordinary since that game 2 months ago, his decision making and field kicking is usually of good standard. Isn't jumping for the ball or crashing packs like he used to suggests he has a niggle, trouble is when he does he still goes up when TMAC does. I notice that he's back playing for frees again in the last few weeks but if you watch the games he's getting double teamed so it's maybe something Goody needs to clarify with the umpiring department too if he's being blocked or scragged. Anyway the current Jesse is playing poorly, if he needs a rest then freshen him up, scoring isn't our problem. The biggest issue for Jesse is finding a way to play better and score freely v better teams, he bashes up the bottom dwellers with ease. Since the WB game he has booted 11 goals in 7 games and v Coll, Port, Geel, Adel he has kicked a combined 2 goals in total. In the same time, TMAC has snagged 21 in 7 games including 16 v Coll, Port, Geel, Adel. He is lacking confidence since the bye, I'm sure it has to be injury related. He's too good of a player to be this badly out of form.

Bernie keen to lure Sloane to the Dees
Sloane had around 10 tackles in the last and his pressure around the contest got them back in it. Harmes did well on his for 3 quarters before moving to Gibbs.

We are the only team that can beat Richmond, the opportunity is there if we want it.

POST MATCH DISCUSSION - Round 19
And that's what he should be doing anyway, he's the captain, we should not applaud it and instead demand it every week. He was putrid last night make no mistake, cheap 1m handballs is his thing now and costly turnover kicks. He's either NQR and carrying an injury or the game has quickly caught up with him. To his credit, I did like the way he scrapped in the last and bottled things up. Goodwin playing him as the inside mid in the last was smarter, he can't play the outside game, he's too slow, our midfield however looks so much better with Oliver, Brayshaw, Petracca and even Salem when in there.

Changes v Gold Coast Suns
While he may have been hurt last night and copped a knock v Geelong I'm not sticking up for him, he has been terrible since the Bulldogs game 8 weeks ago, something isn't right.
