Why? He would have been a good back up to Hogan if he decided to go back home, seeing as this is the new thing in AFL these days. And Weeds does not come on as a player. Personally feel Schache would have a different mind set once back home in VIC, he would feel more at ease and comfortable and have the ability to focus on his footy 100%. Also, I would personally feel better taking the risk on a home sick former pick 2 from a couple of years ago than on a pick 29 or 31 in a supposed weak draft. That's my opinion.

Schache would have been good insurance if Hogan decided to leave or Weideman does not come on. Schache would have a different mind set if he came back home to VIC.

Why is there a majority wanting Frost out? Regarding Gus, he did seems nqr. If he is still not 100% i would like to see Petracca or ANB come in and replace him. Like others have said, recovery will play a big part in who is left out. When was the last time MFC had the issue of who to leave out to bring in players demanding a spot in the 22. Would love to see Oliver, ANB, Petracca and Trengove come in, but it would be crazy and unfair for all 4 to come in. Good luck Roos and co in selecting the 22.

Regarding Petracca, I spoke with one of his mate last week. He says that he will play against the pies. There is going to be a massive turnout for CP5 if he plays next week. This kid has a bucket load of friends and family. Edit - My wife spoke to CP5's parents last year at the family day, they said he absolutely love the football club. We use to see him a lot as a kid, kid is a cheeky f#@$
