The Rise and Fall of VFL Park
Thanks DJ. Would have obviously been an above ground track and a royal fortune to build. So three trains to get there.

NON-MFC: Round 02
Watching this game tonight and seeing the Saints win is surely the next best thing to watching us win our games. If the filth lose then they will be in a bit of bother with a tough one next week.

PREGAME: Rd 02 vs Hawthorn
Petty back in. Where do we think he will play? Will he be sub? I think it will be hard. Hopefully Bbb rocks it so it would be hard to take him off. Maybe he'll play down back. Tough call if Tmac has another good game. Just glad he's fit. A couple of weeks ago we were missing three talls.

New meaning to the game term........Double header.

Marquee Targets for the Tassie Devils
I wonder if there will ever be the Nt crocodiles. Is 250000 enough people to support one? We get somewhat good crowds at our Nt games.

Marquee Targets for the Tassie Devils
I'm sure the Afl will help them sweeten some deals.

The Rise and Fall of VFL Park
I think they maybe planned a train line. The lesson is make sure the train is there first.

Fond memories of seeing Simon and Garfunkel there.

The Rise and Fall of VFL Park
Possibly may have worked if there was a rail line within 30 kms of the place. And the car parked was sealed so you didn't need a tractor to tow you out. Tx for posting this. Also nicknamed Artic park. And it was.

PODCAST: Rd 01 vs Western Bulldogs
It's not necessarily a definite measure of a good game. With regard to Lever, he had a high metres gained ranking because he kicks the ball more often than handballs. He had 14 kicks and 4 handballs. Not a bad effort but if it were the other way around or say a midfielder with 7 kicks and 20 handballs the mg is much lower. Plus as you say it doesn't include long panic kicks out of the backline . Not saying Lever did this but just 11 fifty metre kicks and your on par with Olivers mgained regardless of where they go.To be fair to Jake, he was pretty good hitting targets.

Welcome to Demonland: Blake Howes
Terrific young player whose disposal has been very good. Our backline stocks are very strong.

NON-MFC: Round 02
So hoping for them to lose again this round. I'm enjoying their losses almost as much as our wins. Go Saints.

Jack Watts interview
I remember going to that Qb round with a mate. We both commented on young he looked when he ran onto the ground. I don't think at the time the media had nailed someone as much as him. It was relentless. I don't know why they were so out to get him. It must have had a significant negative influence upon the bloke.

At least there is a little more thought to it than say Windsy.

2024 MRO & Tribunal
I didn't punch him hard at all........ He kicked another player . Ok he didn't sink in the proverbial slipper but he had a go. One week just for the optics of it all. Another week for the mug on him.
