I would be interested to know how many people on this site actually play these things. I'm not trying to be elitist, it's just that Im sure that most of us find them stupefyingly boring. Who does play them though?

My guess is sw will make way for Hogannnnn.

It will be awesome if he plays. Could be a great AFL story if he and Gus rip the finals apart.

There are a few I wish I had.

I admire the toughness of Harmes, Viney and Oliver. Their aggression on the ball is awesome and helps us wins games. When Buggy starts playing like them perhaps he can start throwing his weight around.

Appreciate your imput D1858 but these are the facts: SW has played around 5 or 6 games in the seniors this year. His last game his best.(But not great lets be honest) His previous games were fairly lacking. JW last 3 games were fairly lacking.(coming off injury) Its not good. In a few games this year JW has been top 5 and had a huge impact. SW never has.

If you want to be a tough guy on the team .....do it properly. Take the knocks, hits, niggles and high tackles and go out and win the bloody game for your mates. Anyone can snap another player off the ball. It takes no skill whatsoever. The real skill is holding back and rubbing your opponent's face in it by getting 3 votes. Bugg has paid for his mistakes but he let his side down big time. He needs to redeem himself by controlling his aggression and winning games.

In the clash Gus had on the weekend which left the saints player the worse for wear....did he collected by GUs's headguard? Is that why the other guy was concussed?

And the difference in the way Jws possies were used compared to Sws were night and day.

It's about winning a flag for me. Yes JW can play better footy than he has been of late. It is however only 3 bad weeks after an absence of 4. Perspective. Jw is still a better option than Weid at this minute and we can talk about teaching lessons after we win. I suggest everyone in favor of Sw , go back and watch the replays of games he played and then decide. Jw disposal is so much better than SW. That kick of Sw after his mark was woeful. And if not Jw than Frosty in so Tmac can play up forward. SW is not ready. The guy is getting better but now is not the time for that. Finals are on the line.

I'm pretty sure Watts will come back in at the expense of Weid. Yes he didn't rip his VFL game apart, but gut feeling is if Goody doesn't put him back in he won't play finals if we make it. Watts despite his last 3 games helped that finals girth a reality. He played some very good footy b4 his injury. Weid did very little in his previous Dees games.
