  1. Kozzie a run in the guts for confidence.
  2. But they won'tšŸ˜ƒ
  3. Is it too much to ask for a neautral c7 commentary tonight?
  4. @Steve McQueen will be happy.
  5. Makes good sense to me.
  6. Loved his courage last week.
  7. Much prefer to see Rivers there on a permanent basis.
  8. Tx Bbp. Top spot will be a close one. Love to see the blues trounce power as I can't stand that mob. If they don't, I think power may get top spot as they have a crack at the Pies in Adelaide soon.
  9. Hope we get a decent crowd. Seems like more than a few dlanders are going. Been a while now since we've played at home too. Let's get comfy and win these next three games there. Looking at the fixture it's quite conceivable that Power finsh first. Technically we could finish third as our run home is fairly soft.
  10. Love how the [censored] has his arm in the air like he's winning.....your being carried off the ground like a rag doll at an international sports event fgs. I might add that I think that was Johnny's only catch for the series this far.
  11. Can we recruit him as I feel we didn't replace Hunt?
  12. Really can't afford to have Geelong within two points or Bombers equal points as us. We play well at the MCG and the Lions don't. Bring it home and take another season scalp. I keep expecting Kozzie to kick a few and I'm convinced this is the night for it. Hopefully both he and Spargo. Trac is slotting them nicely and Jvr, Milk and Bbb are great set shots. We are all keen to see a fwd structure that kills it. This is the business end now. I want to smash this mob. Let's keep those rotations through the middle with Trac spending time up forward. Including Kozzie and Rivers...maybe even Salo.
  13. Let's face it, a lot depends on three players in Kozzie, Jvr and Bbb. The first have been out of form and the latter played very little footy . But like the Pies game, I think we've got this for some reason.

  15. I think it's probably a mixed bag. There are probably a few haters but to be fair he hasn't kicked many goals or taken many marks. He's certainly a good at his designated craft of ruck but we already have one in Max. I think we all expected the player not in the ruck to drop back or present up forward. Grundy hasn't really dominated in that role...perhaps a few times in defence he's been good but since Max is having an average season by his standards, the combo hasn't really kicked on. Would love to see it working like it did pre season, so there's still hope. But given we lose a tall fwd option in having them both and our fwd line is struggling, it will be very interesting to see how we go this round. Let's face it, Grundy will kill it at Casey if he plays there so I imagine it would be hard to keep him out.
  16. Happy for Swans to win but gee the umps have been kind to them.
  17. Probably a sneaky cats fan.
  18. Tx, Let's keep those L's coming.
  19. As big Kev would say...Im excited. And I. As for Smith he does make sense as a sub. More so than most of the ones we've had this year at least. Does Bbb play ff?
  20. I get you and aGrundy despite his marking is a good player. But by good player, I mean he's a good ruck but around the ground hasn't been fantastic. I guess if you throw in Max having an average season, it's fair to say that to some degree that it has failed. If the objective was to bolster our fwd line than it has most definitely.
  21. Nicholls... Still sulking over Max punching the ball.
  22. Yep Grundy is out but it will definitely be interesting to see Jvr and Bbb in the same line up. I guess Goody is never going back to the Petty fwd option. I do wonder why the long experiment in the first place.
  23. When was the last time the lions actually won at the G? Was it against us?
  24. Not really. As you correctly stated our defence doesn't need it. Probably the best in the comp. I think Grundys tap work is better than Max so he spends more time in the middle with Max forward.
  25. The most likely successful of them being a good fwd is definitely Max. Grundys marking just isn't up to it.
