If we wanted to keep this stuff hush hush, we wouldn't walk around the most walked around track in Melbourne with Humphrey, nor would Humphrey post that not so subtle 'get me home' post on his Instagram
CAC used to come on here, and if he still does, I doubt he's reading the posts and going "WTF how do I not know this"
Hey Jaded, forgive my ignorance but who does 'CAC' refer to?

9 minutes ago, Engorged Onion said: Saying โsomeone with poor impulse control and big emotions is ADHD in a nutshellโ isnโt really accurate and itโs worth being careful with that kind of shorthand.
ADHD isnโt defined by emotion or impulse issues alone. Those can show up for some people with ADHD, but theyโre not the whole story and they can also appear in anxiety, trauma, depression, or just in certain personality styles or life stages. ADHD is primarily about differences in how attention, motivation, and executive functions (planning, organising, regulating focus) work. Emotional reactivity can be part of that, but itโs not the core feature.
Itโs a bit like saying โsomeone who gets tired easily has diabetesโ ...tiredness might be present, but itโs not what defines the condition.
So while the comment probably came from a genuine place, it oversimplifies something thatโs actually quite nuanced and it can make people who really struggle with ADHD feel misunderstood...like me.
As a father and partner of ADHDers - thank you

True. I have it on as background noise at work, Iโm certain he corrected it.
Anyway, Iโm spewing I canโt take my daughters tonight due to mitigating circumstances ๐ซ
But hopefully Iโll be watching live on the telly.

4 hours ago, Ghostwriter said: Speaking of venues, Iโm a little annoyed by Garry Lyonโs interview of King on SEN yesterday wherein he mentioned tonightโs match and told folks to come and support the teamโฆ at Casey Fields. Iโve had several people messaging or calling me confused as to which is the correct venue.
To be fair, Iโm quite sure Lyon made a correction about the venue in the segment after the King interview.

I also noticed that at the ground today.
The big takeaway for me was when they had Sparrow on the cart ready to go off and our guys all got around him. Xerri then ran over to do the same and our guys all blocked and pushed him away - as a group, as a team. I thought that was telling.
Hope Sparrow will be ok, like other posters mentioned, it brought up some trauma for everyone.
