No personal history at all.Jones has been a super player for us but he is selfish ,he turns the ball over too much,as does tyson and when the game is on the line he does not communicate or stand up. i am sick of him running round the back for a quick stat and then bombing the ball long to a contest he needs to change the way he plays may be a half back roll is right for him in his last couple of years.i would play Maynard in the in the midfield rotation ahead of jones and tyson my view

My first inclusion that no one has mentioned is Maynard ill guarantee barring injury he is in r 1 at risk jones the selfish butcher who won’t be captain next year

The year has shown some signs of improvement but our biggest issues are the way our midfielders approach stoppages. Our mid field are almost always stationary at stoppages.how many times do we see jones,Tyson and to a lesser extent Viney collect the ball from a tap while they are standing still.The opposition then tackle .the good teams have players like Sheuy ,Dangerfield Kennedy that hit the contest at speed and can then clear the contest. that happened many times today and until we can do the same more often we will struggle against the good teams

First time post but long term supporter. One thing that I do not understand with this team is when someone gives a hand ball as was the case when Tom McDonald got run down the player giving the handball just needs to lay a shepherd to give him A chance to use the ball.Mayne should never have got to tommy McDonald.
