Surely Longmire has to be the one. Sydney’s culture has been the envy of the comp for 20 years and he comes from the Paul Roos mould. Longmire will definitely bring some Sydney coaches/ex players into the fold, which has to be a benefit to us. We need a very experienced coach, especially with our CEO having not much footy experience . Get Horse!!!

I’ve been a Goody fan and defended him against many Melbourne supporters who did not believe but this year has shown me his time is up. I thought he was a brilliant coach and was so invested in improving the whole club and I have nothing but gratitude for what he has given us. Not many coaches last 10 years, so it’s been a wonderful effort but a fresh start to re-energise the list is needed as it has not been there last year or this year.

If people don’t think Horse or Simmo are a good option then they are kidding themselves.

Goody should be recognised for his wonderful contribution to the footy club and delivering the Premiership in 2021. I think everyone should be respectful of Goody today. As for the timing, if they had made the decision than go with it. There will be at least 1 other club in the search for a coach and we need to move so we can get our ideal candidate with so many successful coaches on the market .
