  1. This is the hardest top 6 I had to do 6 T.MCDONALD 5 LEWIS 4 OLIVER 3 GAWN 2 VINEY 1 J.SMITH
  2. The problem with Frost is he isn't smart and he's out of form down back in the VFL he is behind Keilty, Hutchins and Petty, he played forward against the pies. If I was to give Frost a chance it would be forward replacing Pedo because his pace should pressure Port's backs. If you want a gorilla to play on Dixon I would consider Keilty but I think Petty is a better choice looking into the future.
  3. That's rubbish he was good at half back due to Roos moving him there. He left he was a free agent wasn't he nothing we could do.
  4. You definitely have studied the tackle count.
  5. Unfortunately we need Tom everywhere. The sooner Petty can stand up the better if Frost gets a game before him I will be [censored].

Yes there are 6 woeful sides out there.

Smith on Cox was a total mismatch we need 2 key backs, one is not enough especially when Oscar puts in a shocker like that.

That is bad news we lack pace and one of the few that has it is injured, hopefully it's not too long fingers crossed.

We have played no one until today and got our pants pulled down. Looked far too slow and small down back. Fancy that useless donkey Cox killing us.
  14. WERRIDEE replied to rjay's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
So stay slow and small down back?

I want him dropped, not rested he hasn't been great for the last couple of weeks and was poor today.

Can you merge my one with this one. I didn't see this one.

IN: Petty (we need another key back), Hunt (out of form but back him in, needed for much needed pace), Baker (for pace), Garlett(time for Spargo to go back to VFL level), Weideman (because Pedersen is pathetic and finished), Tyson (in good form) OUT: Vince(too old and slow), Spargo (needs to find form), Hannan (not doing enough), Harmes (not good enough), Pedersen(he's finished at Melbourne), Petracca (make a statement he's out of form). Be bold and swing the axe Goody we won't get close to a flag without change, bringing in some pace and height down back will be a start.
  18. Pedersen - Worst on ground O.McDonald - Pathetic on Cox T.McDonald - Only good player
  19. WERRIDEE replied to McQueen's post in a topic in Melbourne Demons
    He should be dropped.
  20. They said on TV that Melksham would be given every chance to get over his injury. Remember at the NT they had 2 emergencies and neither played.
  21. Yes I saw him take a speccie against Werribee, but he doesn't do it as often as Howe though.
  22. Very harsh on Oskar apart from that sitter he missed he showed a lot I thought. He's doing better than Hunt.
  23. Does anybody know how long Mitch.Lewis will be out for it seemed pretty serious?
  24. I don't think he should definitely get a re call. If our midfield continues to play like they have been playing there will simply be no room for him. He certainly gave his chances no harm with that brilliant performance today.
  25. Great win considering we didn't have Tim.Smith and Garlett. TYSON -Best on ground a class above this level really pushing for a senior re call. FROST - Prefer him as a forward and with Hutchins back in the side don't be surprised to see him spend more time there. KENNEDY HARRIS - Definitely one of his better games hopefully he can show more consistency. WEIDEMAN - Took a few good marks late but otherwise quiet. BALIC - In and out of the game but a great last quarter, shows good signs. HUNT - Really disappointing not showing his usual dash and wasn't in the game a hell of a lot. BUGG - Really good game probably second best on ground, I don't understand why he can kick straight at VFL level but not AFL level frustrating footballer. BAKER - Reallly exciting prospect but like Hunt needs to work on his disposal. KING - Developing ruck needs more time. PETTY - Has really good football smarts apart from a couple of dodgy kicks into the corridor he was a general down back. JOHNSTONE - Has definitely found his niche down back and may have saved his career only time will tell. WAGNER - Typical Wagner game solid without being spectacular. KEILTY - Mr Dependable didn't put a foot wrong. FILIPOVIC - Loved his bump. Showed a bit of agro I like that in a ruckman.
