  1. That's a great story. I love the detail. If it were true, I'd be blown away. If not.... do another one! Joel Selwood, this time.
  2. Mitch Hallahan's manager was just on Trade Radio suggesting that he could be trade. Gold Coast have already expressed an interest. Would love to see this guy playing for us. Has shown a lot at Hawthorn in the few games that he's played. I'd be happy to give up a second round pick for him.
  3. I'm happy to wait a year for him to come good if we have to. Maybe, with a more cautious approach, that will be what it takes. Really looking forward to seeing him play in the red and blue again. Glad the deal didn't go through.
  4. You're probably right. But don't forget that Wines grew up with Viney and, by their own account, they bring out the best in each other when they play together. And wouldn't he be playing in a Grand Final with the Dees in a couple of years anyway!
  5. Hun reporting that Mitch Hallahan is looking for a trade. If it's true, he would be a great pick up. Really impressed in the few games that I've seen him play. Just the sort of player we need. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/sam-grimley-seeks-trade-from-hawthorn-for-greater-afl-opportunities-elsewhere/story-fni5f8ge-1227084283712
  6. Love this guy. The last of 'Setanta's little helpers' to depart the Blues. Talk of him playing in the midfield to give us a bit of pace. Hope he can develop the engine for it.
  7. Again, the English language is not your strong point, is it? A cursory glance in a dictionary would give you the metaphorical definition: self righteous, over sensitive, self absorbed etc. All adjectives which aptly describe Hertier Lumumba's behaviour on numerous occasions to date. And he still can't win the one on ones.
  8. Sexism? Are you incapable of discerning the metaphorical from the literal?
  9. Can't believe Roosy would allow this clown into the team. Not a team player and hopeless one on one. Prince Hertier? I'm sure it's actually Princess Hertier.
  10. From what I understand, the club has said that they want a say in what club Clark goes to. I can't see how he can get around that unless he's willing to go into the draft. The doggies would get Clark and potentially Wright or McCartin. Given Crameri's lone role up forward and his dubious future, courtesy of ASADA, it would be crazy for the Doggies not to look for that deal. Assuming we get pick three for Frawley, we'd have picks 3, 6, Hrovat and Stretch from this draft. Not a bad addition to the team.
  11. Anyone think this trade has legs, given the Doggies desperation for a power forward? Pick two and Mitch Clark for pick five and Hrovat?
