So this sounds like a done deal. which you would think means the draft pick has been agreed upon. what could the deal be? we only have 32 which wouldn't be enough. maybe Future 2nd rounder plus 32? F2 would be around 34 i guess F2 and 32 with a Pies pick coming back our way?

I don’t mind this. If we want picks and capital for a trade we need to give up good players but not core first 18 guys. Harmes is great and it might be a win win as he could be a regular midfielder at another club would want something decent in return

Agree they are not comparable but not in the way you mean 6"2' proven gun mid, BnF winner, 15 votes in the Brownlow last year. Future leader, can go fwd and kick goals. LJ's worth is largely on what he might become due to his physical attributes (and playing some great games for us)

People are often seduced by the number 1 draft pick. I’d much prefer 2 first rounders over the number 1 pick. Once one of the picks was within 7. the list of underperforming number 1 picks is long. Two picks increases the odds of grabbing at least one gun. i personally would not agree to the above trade
