  1. Luke Dodge? And that's a difficult typo, jumped right over Luke Fodge and Luke Godge
  2. Sorry Moonie, pick 5 for Jeremy Cameron and Josh Kelly. There is that better. This thread is full of hypothetical dreams, forgive me if I dream of tonight's viewing conundrums. Too much sport, tonight we have Wimbledon, The Tour de France, State of Origin, The Ashes! How to watch it all? Not enough screens, not enough time. Life can be hell. Mind you pick 5 and Howe for Prestia & Dixon could be on. Dream on.

Infected hoof? Or was that an injury caused by the calf? I though the Geelong Star was a nightclub.

  5. Recent pick 5's 2012 back 2012 Jake Stringer 2011 Mathew Buntine 2010 Jared Polec 2009 Ben Cunnington 2008 Michael Hurley 2007 Jarrad Grant I think I'd take Prestia. Small players can be effective, think Boomer Harvey.
  6. If it bleeds you can kill it. And Jack whispers. "I own you now ducker"
  7. Hit & run. Edit: Selwood- "WTF was that?- get the number - 7 - need that for the insurance claim" " Note to self - That Viney is a hard [censored], bring more tissues and bandages for next time, nah, might have general soreness next time."
  8. You could choose to engage and answer the question or not. So if by some miracle he was on the list as a rookie let's say the pixies did it, would he play this week? I say probably. I am not advocating that we do rookie him.
  9. rpfc, no barrow to push from me. I posted that because it was about 3 past MFC players. PS. If Jurrah was on our rookie list now, would he play this week?
  10. Welcome to the nut house UD. Considered for what may I ask? Delisting I presume.
  11. I didn't want to start another thread so here is a Martin Flanagan story on Aaron Davey Liam Jurrah & Ozzy Wonaeamirri playing in Vic last week. http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/liam-jurrah-and-friend-on-the-prowl-with-the-kilcunda-bass-panthers-20150612-ghlmbz Liam is only 26

  14. Who is taller? Jobe Watson Nathan Fyfe Chris Judd Aaron vandenBerg Josh Kennedy Patrick Dangerfield Luke Hodge Note: Only 4 cm between the lot.
  15. Hogan and Schultz all we need is a Klink and we are away.
  16. I noticed that Jay Schultz may be looking for a new home. Is there a Klink in the draft?
  17. Nice feeling comparing The Hulks stats to Tom Boyd$ http://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/ft_player_compare?tid1=8&pid1=3918&tid2=12&pid2=3916&type=A&fid1=S&fid2=S And if you want another warm feeling try Watts v Nic Nat (Watts has not had a good season aveages ove 4 marks per match NicNat >1) http://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/ft_player_compare?tid1=19&pid1=3108&tid2=12&pid2=3107&type=A&fid1=S&fid2=S

What is the point of pointing?
  19. I think he's great, and will get better. I suppose I am gun shy after Scully, Blease, Trengrove, Watts, Gysberts, Cook, must I go on. I hope he is a star and plays a long and successful career for us. I am seeing what you are seeing and I'm excited, but i'm trying to keep a lid on it.
  20. And comparing him to Lockett and Dunstall isn't? My point was it is very easy to be carried away with good performances from a young player, a point I think I exemplified by mentioning Gysberts. He averaged around 20 possessions per game in his first season. Good judges nominated him twice for the rising star. I rate Hogan, he could be anything, John Coleman, David Schwartz, Paul Salmon, Alan Jackovich, Max Bailey, Luke Molan if you get my drift. Let us not get carried away let's just enjoy the journey while it lasts.
  21. Chill please gentlemen. I remember a certain Jordan Gysberts getting 26 disposal in his first game and a rising star nomination in his 2nd game. A second rising star nomination in round 11 the next year with 30 disposals against Essendon. Lets not get ahead of ourselves.
  22. try Leigh Mathews or John Peck or Tom Carroll or Ron Evans or Bill Young or Noel Rayson. Leigh was a better player but not a better Coleman medalist. The reference is to Neitz being the worst ever Coleman medalist. I would take Neitz before Jack Reiwoldt any day.
  23. I tried wearing my jeans like they do, you know exposing my butt crack, that worked.
  24. Tried that, they still come home. Edit: Essendon supporter employee named 2 sons, one Paddy the other Ryder. True. I still get a laugh from that.
