Even without injury Vanders looked very rusty and way off the pace. At his best he would be in the first 22 but he looked as though he needed a lot of Casey time to get to that position.

Glandular fever usually results in an extended period away from contact sport, mainly due to the vulnerability of the liver and spleen. If, as the injury list says he is available i doubt he has glandular fever.

Overall a good insight into the behind scenes and the commitment and passion of those involved however this last episode seemed a bit contrived and as such fell a bit flat.

It would be interesting to know how many of those points were kicked by Brown. His conversion rate is poor and may cost him selection in round 1
