  1. I thought that was the case. I recall Hickey being the ruck in the infamous 'straight arm' free kick game where the umps slaughtered Maxy to the point he almost gave up. This doesn't bode well.
  2. Was it Hickey at the Saints that always used to towel Maxy up?
  3. Knew it would happen. Let's see our reaction.
  4. This is the site you're after for umpires CMWYW http://aflua.com.au/umpire-appointments/
  5. Bring in Preussy and it'll be raining goals for the Dees DV8
  6. At least the 6:30 news will be long done before the game is
  7. Who blinks first? IN: T. Hickey or IN: B. Preuss
  8. What was the Lewis injury and is it long term? Take it to the draft. Seriously though, that was terrible, but a good result. Good teams find a way to win ugly when they're out of form and I reckon that's the last frontier for us. I can see us kicking on from here. We'll beat the Weagles.
  9. I think the more pertinent question is why was Myers allowed to take that kick? On the coverage I was watching the siren clearly blew a second before he marked the ball. It wasn't even borderline, the siren clearly went before the mark. Can anyone confirm if that was indeed the case, or my feed is total crapola? Edit: I've just watched the final 2 minute clip on the AFL website and it has been 'doctored' right at the point where Myers marks the ball. The original vision was smooth, that vision has a cut in it right at the crucial point. Coverup!
  10. For sure. He still looks like he has massive improvement left in him as well. Needs confidence that the position is his I reckon. He's not dumb, I'm sure he can see the OMac situation as well as we can.
  11. You're probably right, it was just a wind up.
  12. How many players over the last 10 years can say they beat Roughie so badly he was dropped?
  13. We only just got them back on last week, with paperclips.
  14. Geez, good win for the Giants, the superstar Patton must've kicked a few?
  15. This sucks. What a joke, now we've got nothing to whinge about!
  16. He seemed to lace out uncontested Hawks players more often than not today. It might almost be worth telling him to aim at opposition players and he might actually hit one of ours.
  17. Hawthorn are our [censored]
  18. Hawks appear to be experts at the old 1 arm handball
  19. Why are Hawthorn allowed to shepherd the man on the mark, but no other team is allowed?
  20. Is that what happens when a forward leads at the ball carrier? Wow.
  21. Old man forgot the new rule, perhaps he's forgotten which team he plays for as well.
  22. Who would've thought, you don't improve footy skills in a [censored] swimming pool!!
  23. They're expecting 35,000. What a [censored] up.
  24. Has he nominated for a draft previously and therefore eligible for the mid year draft? Sounded like he had a great game last week so might get snapped up if he's in it.
