Victorian clubs travel schedule after round 10 in order of ladder:
Collingwood 3
Melbourne 5
St Kilda 3
Bulldogs 3
Geelong 3
Carlton 3
Essendon 3
Richmond 2
North 5
Hawthorn 6
After round 10, it's only 4 and one of them is an own goal. Another is to Geelong. Not exactly taxing.

You'd think, given their lack of forward line, that they should struggle to kick a score. But given we aren't great defending ground balls inside 50, Dixon and Marshall out may not be an issue for them

It means Port fans have invested a lot more time in getting around their site's censorship system than we have!
My turn with the question; what is 'Doing a Sam Mitchell.'?
Those stats on 'creating' both attacking 1v1s and defensive 1v1s are interesting. Seems like the long story short is 'we play loose football and see how we go'.
Probably purposefully hurting people. Mitchell was known for deliberately giving opposition corkies

For those saying our legal argument doesn't seem strong, I wouldn't necessarily take Zita's tweets as encompassing our whole argument. On Tuesday he said they were just arguing semantics, and it was actually the whole premise of the AFL's argument re: the interpretation of the rule. Pretty important stuff, you'd think

I'll be pleasantly surprised if he gets off.
But I don't think he will

Interesting, they wanted a downgrade to medium, but it’s almost like they’re pushing that it was now incidental
The only want it downgraded if it doesn't get thrown out.

For those citing Ballard holding the back of his head, the sun's have already said it was because he heard a crack in his neck and not due to where Van Rooyen hit him. That doesn't mean the hit didn't cause it, but that's why he had the stretcher. It was purely precautionary.
No concussion, no neck injury, a football action. He should get off

Do we want the Tigers to win to go above freo, or are we really gunning for pick 1 and the Eagles to win?

This should happen. And if the players don’t like it they can sign shorter contracts
Or negotiate no move clauses. Give up some $$$ to stay where they are

Classic sign of a club who has spent their pennies and want to spend more.
Fair to say AFL strategy, rules and policy aren’t heavily influenced by the Port Adelaide Power’s mid-season PR releases.
It was actually in response to them wanting to be involved in a mega trade last year. They couldn't because it would have included their future first and second

They still don't ping Libba for throwing it, or it'd be -116

They carp on about the fact that if they kept Grundy, they couldn't have brought in 4 players during the trade period, being McStay, Hill, Mitchell and God knows who else.
It's quality, not quantity filth fans.

Did Dusty play? Or more correctly - Which of our players took Dusty out of the game? No mention in the commentary.

POSTGAME: Rd 10 vs Yartapuulti
in Melbourne Demons

Interesting that all of our losses have come on the road after being such a good travelling team recently. May be the opposition rather than where we played, or perhaps it's just that we aren't good enough to beat top 8 teams at their home grounds (other than Essendon who just smashed us).
