Jake Best would be a good pick up, faster than Blease kicked more goals (34 in the vfl). Has been shown interest by Geelong and the Bulldogs.. Have a very reliable source.. I'd be surprised if no one picked him up.. Love to see him a dee!

This is a pretty decent draw, considering we only play the grand finalists once and have a fairly soft start.. If Roos can inject some life into the team and we have a fully fit list we may be able to turn it around like we did in 98 or 2004? But one can only hope hey?

Well I was actually a paid AFL player.. Alberton Football League.. Hahaha!!

Played 3 years of Football at East Burwood in the EFL after playing a year of 18s in 2004.. But managed to fracture my Scaphoid bone twice in twos years against the same team same time of the year.. Dam you Seymour, well first time I was pushed in the back and the second time I tried to shoulder charge instead of tackle.. So missed about a years worth of senior footy.. Then went and played 4 years of Country Footy down at Foster in the Alberton league in Gippsland. Played about 30 senior games but played abit of reserve football after having a bone spur cut out of my heal.. So missed out on having a crack at playing seniors in 2010 when we won the flag.. But my god was it a good 4 years playing country footy.. Cars parked right around the ground and having a whole town behind you! Great blokes great times!

I think his best footy is played in the backline, can go into the midfield.. But is too slow, has a calm head under pressure definately backline.

Would love to see him on the senior list, deserves it !

Dunn had a good year this year.. And I can see Roos using him as an LRT type of mold! As for bail, blease and nicho... They will struggle to get a game, after what we have picked up so far in.. Michie Tyson Vince and Crosd

Mate what the hell are you smoking? The club isn't going to trade a bloke (Frawley) who wants to be in the leadership group, says he bleeds red and blue! We just picked up Dawes last year!! And he is do committed he is paying for his own altitude training with the same bloke you just offered up in Mitch Clark..I know people like to think out of the box but, that thinking almost destroyed this club.. Ie delisting a captain in McDonald, letting Cam Bruce move on to Hawthorn, disrespecting Green by starting him as a sub as captain.. Some of these posts on here make me laugh..

You have to look at what other clubs need and what we have too much of, the lions lack key forwards and have more mids.. We can't play fitz Clark hogan (Gawn resting) Howe and Dawes all in the same forward line, far too top heavy! Off load Fitzpatrick while he has currency..

Mate you can't delist a bloke for having a holiday.. He actually polled a few votes in out b n f. And seems to be liked down at the club I'm not a fan of him but seriously? Maybe delist him for his lack of pace and skill, too old failed project. However Dayle Garlett is worth a look!

Given that Judd was the absolute jet of the comp Carlton definitely won that trade.. Just ironic that they lack a kew forward atm..Say we had just for example.. Josh Kennedy from Sydney keen.. And we traded pick 2 say (a player Sydney need) and pick 21.. Would it be worth it? I definitely think so.. Or I'd be offering up pick 2, Fitzpatrick and 20 for Rockliff and say Karnezis or a first round pick.. You've got to give abit to get and Brisbane will need a key forward soon.. And we are desperate for a gun mid! Thoughts?

Can anyone remember the Judd deal to Carlton? What pick they used ? Etc seemed to be a lot easier for them to land Judd with a high pick, I think it was two and Kennedy yeah?
