Monday night @ 8:30pm I need it too. I was brimming with confidence on Friday night and then I watched the Bulldogs game. I need @binman to tell me we got this to make it through the next 12 days or so. -

Not yet Cassie. John Beckwith is still with us (it was John Lord who passed away recently). Noel McMahen (premiership captain in 1955 & 1956) is also still with us at 94 years of age. And let’s hope that in two weeks time we will have another premiership captain.
Melbourne Hall of Famer, John Beckwith, played in five premierships with the club - 1955, 1956, 1957, 1959 and 1960. He was Keith 'Bluey' Truscott Medallist in 1957 and was captain from 1957 to 59. The last premiership players’: Beckwith keen to pass on the baton to new generation of Demons
