The Match Review Panel

Featured Replies

The muppet in Adrian Anderson should be made accountable for this joke......

"Contact between the Kangaroos' Drew Petrie and Melbourne's Nathan Carroll from the third quarter of Sunday's game was reviewed. The panel determined the level of force used was below that required to constitute a reportable offence and no further action was required."

if Carroll had dived like Brent Harvey or a Selwood, he would have been cited.......

A disgrace!!

They were at least consistent in throwing out an incident involving Godders but this time he was the one who was originally charged:-

"The report laid against Melbourne's Simon Godfrey was assessed and cleared by the AFL match review panel.

Godfrey was reported for front-on contact to Kangaroos' AFL NAB Rising Star nominee Scott McMahon during Sunday's game.

The panel declared that Godfrey had made forceful contact with McMahon, but it was not reportable because it was caused by circumstances outside the control of the player."

the latest word from gardner was that we'd probably make a 300,000 loss, but with the million we'd make a $700,000 profit. we are clearly still in a bit of financial strife.

we will continue to need assistence until we can consistently break even without the help of the million

It's Game Day and the Demons return to the MCG after a dismal performance in Gather Round to face the reigning dual Premiers Brisbane. What do expect to see from the Dees today?

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.
