well done newton

good goal

Newton, Sylvia, Jones all playing well, Frawley recovering well - keep going boys

has anyone notice nathan jones has 10 tackles already!! and is only half time..

The clangers and missed targets in the middle are a real problem.

And this is going to be pretty bad in the end.

Criticism for no spirit.......

has anyone notice nathan jones has 10 tackles already!! and is only half time..

Except for Jones who's attitude should be cloned!!!

Our defence is garbage. Theirs isn't. That's the difference.

We aren't delivering the ball into the 50 with any great authority.......

And in reverse they are doing really well in getting the ball into their 50 with little or no pressure.

And our defence can't handle it as it is constantly bouncing off their heads.

Similar problems to last week unfortunately :( !!!

Back to back goals to Robbo and Brock.......

Currently Kangaroos leading 86-42

First goal in AFL to Simon Buckley.......

Congratulations young man :D !!!

But the Kanga's lead at 3/4 time by 45 points (93-48)

Time to get serious about next year - two of the following four need to be cut from the list now - Brown, Ward, Junior or Godfrey. They're ball delivery skills and decision making aren't up to it and aren't going to improve - time to look at a couple more of the kids from the VFL.

Also Can John Northey come back and put a bit of aggression back into this side - talk about soft, soft, soft !!!!!!!!!!

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
