Irrespective of whether we continue to play one home game a season in the Alice or not, it doesn't look to me as if we're gaining any traction in the NT as a brand or gaining any rusted on supporters. Their allegiance up there tends to be towards the SA and WA sides and all of the red & blue merch handed out on the day just papers over that. I've been up to Darwin where we played for a few years and it was mostly a Crows crowd at the game. The club must know this.

I think we're playing up there for the money. Pure and simple. The community outreach element is great but if the NT government told us tomorrow that they were halving their payment we'd be outta there.

A couple of things I don’t like about the game and others have mentioned this we really don’t seem to be gaining extra support up there. The second the shadows and poor background make the telecast horrible to watch the game on tv, which kinda does my head in. Sadly we are a small club and we need the money.
