Don't forget to cancel Kayo/ Hubble or whatever they want to call it these days.

Remember you are billed  for four weeks in advance so it might be wise for some to cancel now.

Finals are on free to air, I think.

( I live in New so not entirely sure).

But if they are you may not need kayo.

I just cancelled mine and while not hard, I have to say, the process was very OBSCURE.

It's more of a process of editing and then cancelling the app.

Almost as if they are trying to deter people from a simple cancel subscription option.

But then I forgot who owns it.

Silly me

Sales departments get lots of budget allocated to get the experience right. If you really want to know what a company is like, measure them on their 'exit' process.

Another pet hate of mine is when you 'accidentally' get billed for something and incur a charge immediately but then have to wait 14 days for a refund to be processed.

The Melbourne Digital Membership at $250 per year is still good value for 365 days if you're a fan of F1 and other sports but I'm sure the price of that will go up next year!

Cozzie (cost of living) bad
Kozzie (Pickett) good.

I left them a really nice "why are you leaving" message

Me too .

And it was nothing to do about the performance of our club.

Tx. That doesn't sound too bad .

I wonder how much of it goes to the club?

I don't really watch too much sport outside of Afl

Except of course for cricket.

My goodness what two great sports.

I have noticed that streaming services are encroaching on crickets free to air transmission.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.

  • AFLW REPORT: Brisbane

A steamy Springfield evening set the stage for a blockbuster top-four clash between two AFLW heavyweights. Brisbane, the bookies’ favourites, hosted Melbourne at a heaving Brighton Homes Arena, with 5,022 fans packing in—the biggest crowd for a Melbourne game this season. It was the 11th meeting between these fierce rivals, with the Dees holding a narrow 6–4 edge. But while the Lions brought the chaos and roared loudest, the Demons aren’t done yet.
