The tall defender from Western Australia showed some good signs at Casey in his first year at the club. He has his work cut out trying to break into Melbourne’s solid defence in the short term and will require patience as he is groomed to take a key position a few years down the track.

    Jed Adams looks a lot like a young Harrison Petty, I will watch him a lot closer in 2024 to see how he develops as you never know when your opportunity will arrive, remember when Adam Tomlinson went down in 2021 and Petty slotted seamlessly into the team. Jed has time to develop but you have to be ready to step up when it is your time. Work hard Jed.
